We have developed a series of online courses geared specifically to help the organizations we work with to make Business Process Improvement part of their culture promoting productivity and employee satisfaction.
Courses
Lean and Six Sigma are methodologies that were developed for manufacturing enterprises as a means to reduce waste and improve productivity. Many of the techniques used in manufacturing rely on intensive data collection, a facet that is not readily available in most government and service organizations.
The Efficiency Group has developed a curriculum of courses geared to bring the power and productivity of Lean and Six Sigma to government agencies and service organizations. Our proprietary HELIX methodology takes the math, mystery, and complexity out of Lean Six Sigma; making it applicable to every day tasks. We train staff to identify areas of improvement and give them the tools to make those changes a reality.
Meet your Instructor
Frank Vega is a certified Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Master Black Belt.
He earned his Lean Certification from Villanova University, and his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute and Six Sigma US. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Loyola Marymount University [Los Angeles] and a Master’s Degree in International Relations and US Foreign Policy from The American University. Frank has supported public and private sector organizations in improving operational efficiency and performance for over 20 years using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Frank has trained hundreds of staff at organizations such as the Department of State, the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Institutes of Health (NIH), General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), the Department of Energy (DOE), and many others.
